you all know the obvious. The less obvious but bothersome to patients is peripheral edema (leg swelling), inflamed pancreas resulting in abdominal pain and irregular bowel habits , hepatitis (fatty liver), fatigue and cold intolerance

Body Mass Index will help you identify where you fall on the weight scale and how much weight you need to lose.

A normal BMI is 20 to 25.
