Lost interest in weight loss for a while. I kept on checking weights daily though.
Happy to say I still maintained pounds lost. Time to start again with the weather improving to walk daily. Stats will follow check back.

Lost 2 more pounds, total lost 15 pounds.
Made use of good weather yesterday and gone out twice for a long walk
Lost 2 more pounds in the past 2 weeks. Going very slowly since I stopped exercising. Will try to start again but generally not bad, total lost 13 pounds so far.

Fluctuations in weight are going to happen from day to day and from day time to night time. Do not let it upset you. It is the reason some say you should only check you weight once a week in the morning. I find it better to accept those fluctuation and check it every day as long was the weekly trend is down.

Small frequent meals. More vegetables. Less carbohydrates (bread, pasta, sugar)
